Warm Orange / 2bed, 2bath

My break is over, so I'm done with another build. "Warm Orange" is the name of my new build. Uses only 2 packs. Seasons & Get to Work. Built in Newcrest, uses the Fern Park empty lot. It was a hard design & decoration.

Description: A NO-CC, 2bed, 2bath, simple, elevated house, in color schemes of orange & a little red, as well as a mixture of modern & suburban architecture styles. Spacious backyard with floral decoration & parking space, sometimes amazing views & open space for outdoor activities.

Tested in game by my Sim Ray Connell. In-game paintings by my Sim Timothy Canfield.I used him again to paint the artwork I used for the "127 Camino del Sol" house.

The Glasswork

You guessed it - another build by me. As I reached 6K DL's I celebrate my milestone with my latest build, The Glasswork. A house made of glass... almost. Has plenty of natural light & an unusual design.

It's up on my gallery, so this is the description according to it.

Supposed to be a starter, but turned out more expensive than I expected. All because of the rocks used on the large walkway & greenery to decorate the edges. Why pay a fortune for solar panels? The Glasswork is a naturally lit small, modern, minimalist, glass house with a bright color scheme. Large backyard & open space.

Its price ranges about 59.474 Simoleons. In game it's about 53k Simoleons.

Strawberry Suburban / 1 Bed, 1 Bath

I'm back with a new house design which was easy all in all! Easy to design but hard to decorate. It took me minutes. Hours to think of the description. I'm not going to shock you... well I'm going to shock you! My blog has been overhauled with oh so many Sims 4 creations of mine I had to pass off screenshots from my laptop to another!

So, here comes the Strawberry Suburban; fits for larger than 40x30 but in all lot types above the one it was built you'll get a more open backyard. From the left side you see a patio with few decorations, (2 picnic tables & a grill) from the right side just a tree.

Perfect for Sims with medium income as in-game the price is 49,981 Simoleons, about 50k or more are definitely affording it.

Description ALWAYS according to gallery: A NO-CC, No MOO, simple, medium, rustic, suburban house, in color schemes of pink & a tiny bit of white. This adorable property with an open & spacious backyard was formerly an antique residence which has been recently renovated. It's also affordable for those who have a medium income. (about 50k)

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, quality kitchen, dining room, living room, partly technophobe as there's only one TV appliance!

Futurism in green & white

One of my rooms whose screenshots located in my laptop & shared to gallery. I thought I could do something with Spa Day but I sadly don't own it. I'll have to redesign the same room when I get Spa Day. You got a possible out of infinite answers: LARGER!

It's called "Futurism in Green & White". Based on modern style, this NO-CC, modern, minimalist, contemporary, lush, futurist inspired bedroom, with plenty of natural light & a color scheme of green & white which brings positive emotions to your Sims. It also includes a walk-in closet & a built-in science-lair.

Girly for the summer

Another one of my old room screenshots I had on my laptop & thought of sharing it. This is a typical summer bedroom. Experts approve it; for girls! I really like the way it turned out so here I present you it. Take a deep breath & read the description below.

Um, Joanne, summer has come. I shall let you know this was on my mind before my exams so... it was a month before the day I was sitting Maths. Designed within a few minutes.
