Greyscale Tudor

I'm back here with another house build! It was easy to design but a little hard to decorate in the living room area. Though I liked the way it turned out!

A NO-CC, No-MOO, small, simple, rustic starter house based on tudor style. In color schemes of grey & tiny bit of black, this adorable property is perfect for one Sim who wants to enjoy solitude or be close to nature. Small, conventional kitchen, dining room & living room all in one room. It can be a little haunted... watch out!

Also spacious bedroom, small bathroom & patio garden. On a 30x20 it has a larger backyard. Same for larger lots like 40x30 etc. I don't know if it fits for 20x20 or 20x15. It's a perfect bachelor pad (that indicates why I used one chair at the dining table).

DO NOT activate bb.moveobjects on before placement. Also DO NOT reupload as yours, no matter how easy the design was. Please respect my work - thank you!

This top down view is with the double bed. Later changed it to a single bed because it turned out cheaper so that I'd make it a perfect bachelor pad. I apologize for that!

Lot I built is the "Hindquarter Hideaway" in Brindleton Bay. A world equipped with The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs.  

House includes only 2 packs; Get Together, Cats & Dogs. Of course Base game.

Price in game: 19,629 Simoleons.

Another house, easy to build on a small lot like Oak Alcove in Newcrest.

Description: A NO-CC, simple, rustic, modest, medium, house with a #vintage feel. An adorable, comfy & warm residence for all seasons, with quality kitchen but very small backyard, as the park is close to it. It has also been renovated & is quite an affordable property for Sims with medium income (about 50k) - 2bedrooms, One used as entrance, One at the top floor. 1 bath. Spacious kitchen & dining room. Living room upstairs.

Fascination Street // 1br, 1ba //

The tribute to Rob STILL continues! Man his 60th birthday has passed & the tribute to The Cure STILL goes on! I don't know what to say, here's a house inspired by their song Fascination Street from 1989.

It's a NO CC - small, quaint, dark, rustic, Victorian cottage house, built on a location by the sea. Once an old historical house, it was caught on fire many times, thus the black colors on most parts of it. Having been recently renovated, it is a perfect & cozy place for newcomers. Be careful, it's a little #haunted! Don't get too fascinated by its dramatic outlook!

What's special about this house is that it's inspired by Victorian style houses, close to the sea for a romantically influenced Sim, mostly writer. Since I didn't add an easel it's optional for you to buy one from the build mode!!! IDK what's wrong with me & this Mid-Nowhere empty lot in Windenburg when it comes to easels/art. It's just close to the sea, m'kay. Ignore the nearby houses


PRETTY PLEASE TURN ON bb.moveobjects on OR ELSE THE DECOR WILL GET MESSED UP!!!

To Wish Impossible Things // 1br, 1ba //

Today it's a very special day that's why I built this amazing house. And for a very special reason: It's Rob Smith's birthday (April 21st) & since I'm a fan of The Cure, I got inspired by their same titled song from 1992. "To wish impossible things" & that's the name of the house in tribute to Rob. (don't worry he's still alive :D)

It's a NO CC - quaint, dark, small, rustic, cottage, looking like a starter. Its dramatic outlook gives a more haunted note, besides, it can be ideal for a nature lover or artsy Sim who wants to enjoy solitude. Please activate moveobjects & don't copy or re-upload! Enjoy! What's special about this house is that it was built in a small lot in Windenburg, called Mid-Nowhere. Since it's close to the sea, it's perfect for a romantically influenced Sim that doesn't want to find love, it's up to his/hers. Ignore the nearby houses.
