Warm Orange / 2bed, 2bath

My break is over, so I'm done with another build. "Warm Orange" is the name of my new build. Uses only 2 packs. Seasons & Get to Work. Built in Newcrest, uses the Fern Park empty lot. It was a hard design & decoration.

Description: A NO-CC, 2bed, 2bath, simple, elevated house, in color schemes of orange & a little red, as well as a mixture of modern & suburban architecture styles. Spacious backyard with floral decoration & parking space, sometimes amazing views & open space for outdoor activities.

Tested in game by my Sim Ray Connell. In-game paintings by my Sim Timothy Canfield.I used him again to paint the artwork I used for the "127 Camino del Sol" house.

The Glasswork

You guessed it - another build by me. As I reached 6K DL's I celebrate my milestone with my latest build, The Glasswork. A house made of glass... almost. Has plenty of natural light & an unusual design.

It's up on my gallery, so this is the description according to it.

Supposed to be a starter, but turned out more expensive than I expected. All because of the rocks used on the large walkway & greenery to decorate the edges. Why pay a fortune for solar panels? The Glasswork is a naturally lit small, modern, minimalist, glass house with a bright color scheme. Large backyard & open space.

Its price ranges about 59.474 Simoleons. In game it's about 53k Simoleons.

Playtested by my Sim Doreen Messina.

First two are from in game.

The rest are from buy/build mode.

Breakfast at Grandma's / 2bed, 1 bath

Another house, easy to build on a small lot like Oak Alcove in Newcrest.

Description: A NO-CC, simple, rustic, modest, medium, house with a #vintage feel. An adorable, comfy & warm residence for all seasons, with quality kitchen but very small backyard, as the park is close to it. It has also been renovated & is quite an affordable property for Sims with medium income (about 50k) - 2bedrooms, One used as entrance, One at the top floor. 1 bath. Spacious kitchen & dining room. Living room upstairs.

RENOVATING NEWCREST - Tranquil Crescent "House #1"

A large house based on modern architecture perfect for a large family. Despite it's small backyard, there's plenty of activities for your Sim to do. From indoor pools to a built-in gym, this house meets the requirements for your Sim's fun in all types, as well as an all-purpose kitchen and plenty of space in every room, especially for kids and toddlers who enjoy playing with toys.

PACKS USED:

  • Get Together

  • Bowling Night Stuff

  • Vintage Glamour Stuff

  • Parenthood

  • City Living

BEDROOMS: 4

BATHROOMS: 3

What's special about this house is that it has a small backyard. Disadvantage for most Sims who want to enjoy an outdoor dinner party or let kids play in jungle gyms, 'cause there's no jungle gym for kids but toys and a large dollhouse in one of the balconies (toddler's nursery room). It also has NO pet related activities because the household I recently moved in had no pets and if you want to nestle a pet in this house buy the necessary things yourself, (if owned Cats & Dogs or both C&D and My First Pet Stuff, I personally don't own My First Pet Stuff but looking forward to order in the future) but it has plenty of space for Sims to enjoy activities especially children, but due to natural light they're far more enjoyable. (& of course don't forget the built-in gym built at a point with great view but double balconies)

In fact this house has it all. I merged the supposing -outdoor- pools inside and so you have each room with a matching indoor pool (first floor only). For example, kitchen and living room under the same size. All rooms on the first floor have matching pools, kitchen, bar, living room, 2 halls, dining room. All rooms on the first floor are just ROOMS, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathtubs, each of matching colors.
