Hey guys, I'm back with another Sim! I've reached 8000 DL's and for that reason I have come back after the so-called "Policy of Truth" about the gallery. I listen to Depeche Mode a lot that's why I got inspired by them.

Please Read My Friends (+ New Sim)

This week I'll be absent for a few days. Which means: NO Sims for the days. I'll be on a vacation in the islands of Syros, Tinos & Mykonos. Probably with my mom, as part of a group trip. It's the final year of going on vacation with my parents. By next year I'll do the job on my own as I'll be independent.

THAT doesn't mean I'll stop playing The Sims. Means that I'll take a break from reality this week. I have other personal matters to take care of. The whole week from Monday 22nd to Sunday 28th of July. The Sims will always be there for me whenever I have time. Though it's also work that's putting pressure on my uploading and my routine. I work for this season, not as a waitress, but as a secretary helper.

I have limited the number of uploads on my catalog - see. I run out of bio ideas for my Sims and it's hard setting them skills and careers. That happens every day! Whenever I set them skills & stuff I feel like I've run out of inspiration so what. But the stories I give them take hours to be produced in my head. Only for challenges. Or just a few lines. E.G. "John is an outgoing & cheerful guy who recently found a job as a chef. He loves to hang out with friends & cook for them as well as set up parties for his guests." Then drop a "Please don't reupload" and that's it.

I also thought of the other one. Write the name of the Sim, age, career level, skilled or not, poses in brackets and packs used. E.G. "John Smith" Sim by: #mikrolactaki3. Age: Young Adult. Career: Culinary, level 3. #skilled. Poses by: #SakuraLeon (random pose maker) Packs used: (well I have few so I'm practicing about when I get more packs, I'm not gonna drop it xD) #bowlingnightstuff#gettogether#seasons#spaday#fitnessstuff#getfamous#gettowork#vintageglamourstuff. Also drop a "Please don't reupload" at the end. That's it.

I'm thinking of what's best for me. Even if I use more packs both are a good alternative. So the thing is that I'll keep you all updated even on my IG where I don't post the most ;)

New female sim; her name's Scarlett Noel. I got inspired by a TV bumper & made her look like the character I saw. She has no skills nor completed aspiration. Love the way she turned out. Equipped with the "Sweet" female voice. Age: Young Adult. Traits: Creative / Romantic / Family-Oriented. Aspiration: Serial Romantic.

Bright Summer Bungalow

My first build using the new stilt foundation! I love it. I love the way it turned out. So, take a deep breath before explaining the details to you all readers!

A NO-CC, simple, summer, island inspired house, with a spacious backyard & bright color schemes. It makes the perfect place for your summer holidays, thanks to its naturally lit corners & cool atmosphere it provides every day. Also, an elevated decorative pool with plenty of greenery around it.

Vincent - Male Sim #3

His bio according to my gallery item: No one would just think Vincent would be lucky by nature. He had dreams of becoming a model, so he moved to San Myshuno to try his luck. Ever since the opportunities were endless, he thought of trying the social media to advertise himself but it eventually turned out good. Is it still time for him to find a nice girl or continue the social media frenzy?

Basegame Spanish Lookout // 2bed, 2 bath //

Probably an easy build as I got inspired by my Lookout Point I shared late April 2019. The design is kinda based on it.

I used basegame. ONLY basegame.

Description according to Gallery Item:

A NO-CC, traditional, medium, cute, earthy, basegame, Spanish inspired house with modern influences. Based on an old design, its amazing outlook may fascinate every newcomer when first bought, as it's perfect for hot weather/summer. However, it has plenty of natural light, activities as well as a calming atmosphere for everyone. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Large patio with a table & fun activities on the balcony / easel, study lookout. Probably gonna use kids items in the future. There's no built-in science lair as my Lookout Point Modern. Mostly technophobe, only a small TV. Built in Windenburg.

To avoid bad clipping & zooming on the rooms for a "better" view I use top-down view & Sims 3 camera. Essential to take off the grid by hitting the "g" key on your keyboard.

Serenity // 1br, 2ba //

A NO-CC, modern, beautiful, sleek, minimalist bachelor pad, house, inspired by a house I saw in real life. Built on a lively neighborhood, this house offers an open space for your Sims to enjoy outdoor parties. It also offers plenty of natural light in all the corners, from the ground floor to the lofty bedroom at the top floor. Perfect for your wannabe painter/photographer!

What's special about this house is that it was built on the Dusty Turf lot of Oasis Springs, has a moderate backyard (ignore the planting) it's up to you to personalize it!
