Kokomo / Island Inspired House

So I'm back & officially got Seasons. I have another build for you all; inspired by Island Living the new expansion pack coming on Friday! I don't have time to get it, nor money. With few packs my creativity is unleashed!

So... keep your fingers crossed, here comes Kokomo! I was literally inspired by The Beach Boys' same titled song from the 1980's. The design was inspired by a Sims 3 one as seen on Isla Paradiso the town coming with Island Paradise expansion pack.

Description according to Gallery: Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I wanna take ya... There's no place like Kokomo! Where traditional meets modern, this NO-CC, large, colorful island inspired house is worth the place for your island holidays. Amazing views? Check! Plenty of space? Check! Infinity pool? Check! 100% approved by experts. "Welcome to Kokomo, brother!"

They also approve: "Summer is never ending in Kokomo". Mark their words; cool atmosphere, amazing views & a little dose of Kermit.

No frogs were harmed during the design & build of this house.

Sit back, eat & drink something, enjoy the screenshots of this house Kokomo.

Of course prior is to activate bb.moveobjects on before placement. Do not re-upload it in any form, even modified. I warn strictly & politely not to steal my work as someone stole my Pure & Humble in White house! Enjoy!

Basegame Spanish Lookout // 2bed, 2 bath //

Probably an easy build as I got inspired by my Lookout Point I shared late April 2019. The design is kinda based on it.

I used basegame. ONLY basegame.

Description according to Gallery Item:

A NO-CC, traditional, medium, cute, earthy, basegame, Spanish inspired house with modern influences. Based on an old design, its amazing outlook may fascinate every newcomer when first bought, as it's perfect for hot weather/summer. However, it has plenty of natural light, activities as well as a calming atmosphere for everyone. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Large patio with a table & fun activities on the balcony / easel, study lookout. Probably gonna use kids items in the future. There's no built-in science lair as my Lookout Point Modern. Mostly technophobe, only a small TV. Built in Windenburg.

 Some screenshots:

To avoid bad clipping & zooming on the rooms for a "better" view I use top-down view & Sims 3 camera. Essential to take off the grid by hitting the "g" key on your keyboard.

PLEASE activate bb.moveobjects on & DO NOT REUPLOAD!

Enjoy!
