Strawberry Suburban / 1 Bed, 1 Bath

I'm back with a new house design which was easy all in all! Easy to design but hard to decorate. It took me minutes. Hours to think of the description. I'm not going to shock you... well I'm going to shock you! My blog has been overhauled with oh so many Sims 4 creations of mine I had to pass off screenshots from my laptop to another!

So, here comes the Strawberry Suburban; fits for larger than 40x30 but in all lot types above the one it was built you'll get a more open backyard. From the left side you see a patio with few decorations, (2 picnic tables & a grill) from the right side just a tree.

Perfect for Sims with medium income as in-game the price is 49,981 Simoleons, about 50k or more are definitely affording it.

This adorable property with an open & spacious backyard was formerly an antique residence which has been recently renovated. It's also affordable for those who have a medium income. (about 50k)

Girly for the summer

Another one of my old room screenshots I had on my laptop & thought of sharing it. This is a typical summer bedroom. Experts approve it; for girls! I really like the way it turned out so here I present you it. Take a deep breath & read the description below.

Kokomo / Island Inspired House

So I'm back & officially got Seasons. I have another build for you all; inspired by Island Living the new expansion pack coming on Friday! I don't have time to get it, nor money. With few packs my creativity is unleashed!

So... keep your fingers crossed, here comes Kokomo! I was literally inspired by The Beach Boys' same titled song from the 1980's. The design was inspired by a Sims 3 one as seen on Isla Paradiso the town coming with Island Paradise expansion pack.

Romantic Outdoor Bedroom

I thought of getting a little inspired by one of the songs I like, here it is! Themed & well reflected to the lyrics.

Description according to my gallery item:

Inspired by The Cure's 1987 song "If only tonight we could sleep" from their album Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me. In a bed made of flowers; they are used as flooring & have a soothing feel to your Sims' feet.  Perfect for summer, it is a nice place to enjoy fresh air while sleeping & enjoying nature. To get more intimate make love in nature. Close the curtains & feel the fresh air at night. BRRR!!! It may get a little cold!

Another house, easy to build on a small lot like Oak Alcove in Newcrest.

An adorable, comfy & warm residence for all seasons, with quality kitchen but very small backyard, as the park is close to it. It has also been renovated & is quite an affordable property for Sims with medium income (about 50k) - 2bedrooms, One used as entrance, One at the top floor. 1 bath. Spacious kitchen & dining room. Living room upstairs.

Blue Summer Study

As we're almost in the end of May I made this amazing study in blue & white. It's mostly blue, so here you take it.

According to what I wrote on the description of my gallery item: A NO-CC, medium, spacious, modern study in color schemes of blue & white. Despite its naturally lit corners it's a nice, calming & relaxing place for your Sim to study or use the computer, as well as sit on the chair & stare at the beautiful sunny landscape. Fancily decorated to get the summer vibe!

Description: A NO-CC, modern, minimalist, large, futuristic inspired house, built on a hill. Its color scheme of light brown gives a natural tone to the whole outlook. It includes an amazing view from its small balconies on the front & side. All kinds of activities are suitable for every age group, from a mini study to a music hall for your music lovers.
