Earthy Mid-century (basegame)

My blog has been inactive, I apologize for this. I'm back with a new basegame house. Easy design & decoration. Also easy to test in game. I was somehow inspired by an old design & based on it. However, I liked the way it turned out.

It's called Earthy Mid-Century. I used only base game. NO other packs. (even the holiday celebration which is a free pack) Also didn't use CHEATS. Like the bb.moveobjects on one. Overall it doesn't need cheats at all (if I used greenery I'd advise the players to activate bb.moveobjects on) but it has no greenery.

Medium-sized, modern basegame house inspired by mid-century architecture. Uses the "Dusty Turf" lot in Oasis Springs. In color schemes of beige & tiny bit of brown & white. Naturally lit corners, spacious interior. Conventional kitchen & dining room, small living room. One bedroom & bathroom, individual office. Small patio in entrance. Budget house for sims with a medium income. (about 50k Simoleons)

In game the price ranges to 48,555 Simoleons.

Lot traits are Natural Light / Convivial / Fast Internet.

The Hairston (& Bonus Sim!)

1st off, I apologize for my inactivity. There have been a lot in my life which keep me busy. Today I reached 200 followers on my gallery page. I really appreciate your support dear friends! I will be patient for more so... here's a bonus house in terms of celebrating my 200 Llama milestone. I called it "The Hairston". It was named after a Sim I shared on the gallery, an evil scientist named Eric Hairston. It's just a simple trailer which ranges about 29k simoleons.

House's description: Do you know where this NO-CC, no-MOO, small, simple,bright, modern house got its name from? Eric Hairston, an evil scientist (he's available on my catalog) with a bright mind but one flaw; he's a loner! Its spacious backyard makes perfect for a walk or a glass of cold water, as well as a science lair for your aspiring scientists. Parties? NO! Limit yourself to a few guests or stay on your own. Natural light as well. One bedroom, one bathroom & spacious backyard.

Sim's description: Eric doesn't like being surrounded by people. He rarely hangs out or can be spotted in town. His science career has made him quite an introvert, almost unable to interact with his friends, because he's focused on work & experiments. He lives in his little spacious house, on his own, enjoying solitude in his mini lab.

Eric possesses the Evil, Genius & Loner traits. His aspiration is "Nerd Brain". He is a level 9 Scientist (Mad Scientist), skilled & equipped with the "Warm" male voice. Adult.

The Glasswork

You guessed it - another build by me. As I reached 6K DL's I celebrate my milestone with my latest build, The Glasswork. A house made of glass... almost. Has plenty of natural light & an unusual design.

It's up on my gallery, so this is the description according to it.

Supposed to be a starter, but turned out more expensive than I expected. All because of the rocks used on the large walkway & greenery to decorate the edges. Why pay a fortune for solar panels? The Glasswork is a naturally lit small, modern, minimalist, glass house with a bright color scheme. Large backyard & open space.

Its price ranges about 59.474 Simoleons. In game it's about 53k Simoleons.

Embracing Summertime / 1bed, 1 bath / Loft

Another modern house I posted on my Instagram story off my new account @simsbyjoanne. It's called Embracing Summertime & it was based on a design from The Sims 3. (especially Lunar Lakes)

According to my gallery item, here's the description:

A NO-CC, Modern, Minimalist, Loft, Bright, Lookout, 1bed, 1bath house located near the sea, with a futuristic vibe. Its gorgeous, captivating & complex design will fascinate newcomers when first bought, as it's easy for them to walk to the beach & visit the nearby houses... as well as gaze at the beautiful sunset.

On the ground floor you can see an infinity pool & too much greenery. A majestic entrance that leads to the beach (walkway) & easy to access nearby houses.

First floor: kitchen, bathroom & a mini corridor.

Second floor: loft, 1 bedroom & a built-in living room next to the bed. 2 balconies that give access to an amazing view to the sea. Because Windenburg.
