Blue Summer Study

As we're almost in the end of May I made this amazing study in blue & white. It's mostly blue, so here you take it.

According to what I wrote on the description of my gallery item: A NO-CC, medium, spacious, modern study in color schemes of blue & white. Despite its naturally lit corners it's a nice, calming & relaxing place for your Sim to study or use the computer, as well as sit on the chair & stare at the beautiful sunny landscape. Fancily decorated to get the summer vibe!

Statement Bedroom in B&W

A NO-CC modern, minimalist, sleek, spacious large bedroom based on Scandinavian style in color schemes of black & white. It offers a lot of comfort & warmth as well as a built-in closet & mini study. Perfect for city-savvy Sims or aspiring trendsetters. Mini walk-in closet. Fireplace opposite the bed, everything used is b&w!

Some screenshots, to avoid bad clipping on the room I use top down view & Sims 3 camera:

The light art frames are made by me & the amazing paintings are by EevamM & Surfchiccreation. DON'T REUPLOAD! Enjoy & have fun! Please activate bb.moveobjects on & bb.showhiddenobjects.

NewsStudio Inspired

This is how I imagine a Sims version of a news room/studio!

Description according to my gallery item:

A modern, minimalist, NO-CC, medium, spacious news studio inspired room, perfect for aspiring journalists of all career levels. Its color schemes of white & red give a more serious looking note on it, thus the atmosphere they make. Thanks to large TV screens for a focused mood during work. *In-game San Myshuno night photos are taken by one of my Sims  (Timothy Canfield) & paintings are by my friend Mathilde (mbarnet).
