I've been totes inactive these days. Um... weeks. Too much work, vacation and again work, vacation... I've got great news to tell you all! My exams results have been announced and I'm more than happy! I'm going to study in the department of Information Technology in Corfu. Get ready for this.

The design of the following house took me just minutes. Very easy to design and decorate. Also test in game. Affordable for a family of four with medium income. Price is about 39k (probably above 39.500)

Only basegame used.

Earthy Mid-century (basegame)

My blog has been inactive, I apologize for this. I'm back with a new basegame house. Easy design & decoration. Also easy to test in game. I was somehow inspired by an old design & based on it. However, I liked the way it turned out.

It's called Earthy Mid-Century. I used only base game. NO other packs. (even the holiday celebration which is a free pack) Also didn't use CHEATS. Like the bb.moveobjects on one. Overall it doesn't need cheats at all (if I used greenery I'd advise the players to activate bb.moveobjects on) but it has no greenery.

Medium-sized, modern basegame house inspired by mid-century architecture. Uses the "Dusty Turf" lot in Oasis Springs. In color schemes of beige & tiny bit of brown & white. Naturally lit corners, spacious interior. Conventional kitchen & dining room, small living room. One bedroom & bathroom, individual office. Small patio in entrance. Budget house for sims with a medium income. (about 50k Simoleons)

In game the price ranges to 48,555 Simoleons.

Lot traits are Natural Light / Convivial / Fast Internet.

The Hairston (& Bonus Sim!)

1st off, I apologize for my inactivity. There have been a lot in my life which keep me busy. Today I reached 200 followers on my gallery page. I really appreciate your support dear friends! I will be patient for more so... here's a bonus house in terms of celebrating my 200 Llama milestone. I called it "The Hairston". It was named after a Sim I shared on the gallery, an evil scientist named Eric Hairston. It's just a simple trailer which ranges about 29k simoleons.

House's description: Do you know where this NO-CC, no-MOO, small, simple,bright, modern house got its name from? Eric Hairston, an evil scientist (he's available on my catalog) with a bright mind but one flaw; he's a loner! Its spacious backyard makes perfect for a walk or a glass of cold water, as well as a science lair for your aspiring scientists. Parties? NO! Limit yourself to a few guests or stay on your own. Natural light as well. One bedroom, one bathroom & spacious backyard.

Sim's description: Eric doesn't like being surrounded by people. He rarely hangs out or can be spotted in town. His science career has made him quite an introvert, almost unable to interact with his friends, because he's focused on work & experiments. He lives in his little spacious house, on his own, enjoying solitude in his mini lab.

Eric possesses the Evil, Genius & Loner traits. His aspiration is "Nerd Brain". He is a level 9 Scientist (Mad Scientist), skilled & equipped with the "Warm" male voice. Adult.

Warm Orange / 2bed, 2bath

My break is over, so I'm done with another build. "Warm Orange" is the name of my new build. Uses only 2 packs. Seasons & Get to Work. Built in Newcrest, uses the Fern Park empty lot. It was a hard design & decoration.

Description: A NO-CC, 2bed, 2bath, simple, elevated house, in color schemes of orange & a little red, as well as a mixture of modern & suburban architecture styles. Spacious backyard with floral decoration & parking space, sometimes amazing views & open space for outdoor activities.

Tested in game by my Sim Ray Connell. In-game paintings by my Sim Timothy Canfield.I used him again to paint the artwork I used for the "127 Camino del Sol" house.
